[Scrum] SH restrictions, part 2

Anyone have a problem with the SH blocking the ops serve with his foot. Assume he's anside and not dangerously kicking.

if it's a one off, generated by the nature of the pass, and the relative position of the players, and it's a case of the oppo SH instinctively sticking out a foot as the ball goes by - - then OK

if it's a deliberate strategy - then it sounds dangerous, and it sounds like a flashpoint in the making, so manage it out.
