Ahhh No. It's Merit based. This isnt some popularity contest where the girls with the biggest tits wins. That being said Marius looks like Val Kilmer so maybe the South Stand fans voted instead!

Do the rest of the referees have time enough to see the other matches and study the other refs performance?

Are they neutral in the decision?

How is the voting made (public hand raising, private ballot...)?

I do really have doubts and mixed feelings.
