Referees already have this power
I don't think showing a card makes much difference

RC means automatic trip to the judiciary for the coach; less paperwork for the referee.

We have it over here. Works well. Means people KNOW you have sent the coach off. It is a visible sign, that the coaches actions (which most likely everyone saw) will not be tolerated. We can card anyone on the match sheet, and only people on the match sheet are supposed to be inside the ropes..... (not always ropes present mind you...)

Don't see why it needs to be a trial. Just accept your refs can show a red card and submit a red card form, rather than have to send a coach to the stands and fill in an abuse form. The disciplinary should just accept that a ref abuse form equivalent to a red card form for ref abuse, and a red card for abuse is also a ref abuse form.
