The tackler is responsible for a safe tackle, right? So that's a penalty advantage to the BC's team, then ;)

For me, I can't see an offence either.

Having said that, if that happened to me I am pretty sure I would blow for a safety stoppage - because it looks bad. And once he was OK we restart with a scrum to the BC's team.

I think I'm looking at the wrong clip but mine ended up with a conga. Certainly must be a non binding call, a few offsides, and I don't like the subs rushing on to join in the conga either, they'd all get a talking to.

Nothing to see here. No offence that I can see.

I agree with stopping the game to check on safety though.
