I thought this thread would have started before now - so here goes.

I have a pre-season friendly at my club today.

It is the first game I've done since Nov 2nd 2013

I feel very nervous. It feels like my first game (again).

I started it last year! Didn't want to do it again!!

Good luck, hope it goes well - injury free now, rehab complete?

I'm at a friendly at DK today.

Not doing any pre season friendlies, they are usually crap and a waste of time, with one team being far stronger than the other. Or it is a game for match fitness and some clown of a coach thinks its good to give everyone half an hour, and wonder why they are still not match fit.

Yesterday i was down in Aldershot for the Army Fijian 7s competition, awesome day, sun shining all day unlike today's weather. Really high standard of rugby on display, boys had come from far and wide to play, Germany, Inverness, Belfast and all over the UK.

Great atmosphere with the 16 teams their and all of the families and wider community coming together.

Gotta love a bit of preseason games, its not just the players who need to blow out the cobwebs, referees do aswell!

World Cup semi-final tomorrow, Stade de Jean Bouin

That's an impressive appointment.
Are you going to wear shorts or a skirt?

Enjoy. I hope B52 has not been leading you astray.

And keep smiling for the cameras.

Who is in the middle for the two semis ?

Hi Simon - B52 isn't allowed anywhere near the "inner sanctum"

England v Ireland: Amy Perrett (Australia). ARs: Nicky Inwood (NZ) and Alex Pratt (Scot)
France v Canada: Helen O'Reilley (IRE). ARs: Nicky Inwood (NZ) and Moi.

Doing two AR appointments in a day, including back-to-backs, has been done all tourno.

Au revior!
