I have updated the Referee Grades to include the levels that I believe represent them, please update your profiles, it helps others to know what experience the advice you are giving comes from, and also lets you in to other forums (depending on where/what you are).

If you are in the wrong group (it says in the left hand side when you post what grade you are classed as) drop me a PM and I'll sort it for you.
