Thank you Simon. If it wasn't achievable my brutally honest shadow (wife) would tell me. It's now down to me to achieve it!
Oh and on that I got the Clubmans trophy from the society.

If you are fit you will pass, if you are not you wont.

Simples really.

So... Just so I'm clear, the RFU/IRB seem to score it at "speed level"?

I.e. As from Daftmedic's link, ST's score of 16.2 is speed level 16, 2 shuttles completed, 1160m run?

Get fit you'll pass!

I know that is flippant but it really is the key. If it helps 16.2 on the Yo yo 2 - takes a little over 10 minutes

Well I have run 4 now, and just want to make sure I'm scoring correctly :)

One level 2 and then 3 at level 1. I wasn't sure which one to do! Thanks for the timing!

The biggest problem I found was loosing rhythm stopping for the 10seconds compared to the "normal" bleep test I would do some warm up yo yo tests so you get used to the timing. Apart from that. All good

Good work! Well done. I've done a few, got a decent bleep test app on my phone with lots of tests, so do them throughout the year. Good benchmarks!

So, it turns out the CUDRRS is using the Yo Yo test this season. Does anyone have the audio track as an mp3?

It's on you tube - I downloaded it from there and 'watch' the video when doing it.

Yes it's downloaded but clearly I'm only interested in the 'soundtrack' not the video!

London's are done in doors - I train on grass so Indoor is easier.

21+ is a top result - the IRB standard is c19. There are a number of versions of the test how long did it take to get to level 21?

I know that 16.2 - the panel's requirement takes 10 minutes.

I double faulted just past the 23rd minute. We've national tests this Sat and I'm a little concerned with the ability to turn if not on grass. Grass+boots allows a heavy lean angle to push off of on the turn.
