you expect normal eligibility rules to apply in NZ Didds??? , i didnt have you down as so naieve ! Surely you're aware of the 'trying to better himself' exemption in reg 2.g.7. Clause d.9.b.para.8.c.7.subsection 4.e.5 a. iii) a, 2 :chin: :shrug:

It must have been a different kind of admin error to those made by those lesser clubs .
