I couldn't see who was responsible.

The yellow cards were for punching post scrum, called in by the AR.

It is difficult to see exactly what led up to it but my view is :

first offence is blue flanker early release of bind ([perhaps immaterial),
second is white #2 who pops his head up
at same time white #3 breaks his bind and his hand goes in to the blue #3 shoulder area and blue #3 pops up too,
as does by white # 1 who has an illegal shorts bind on #3 blue by now

poor scrum management by Marius imho, as he should have blown when white #2 popped

Simon - why would white 2 pop? They were going forward, and had good ball. Did they pop up, or were they forced up by blue driving them up/standing up first? Personally - I don't think we can see enough details from the video to have a conclusion.

But if the white right prop take his head out of the scrum, have the refere to reset the scrum?

If the front rows are not properly bound, then allowing the rest of the scrummagers to continue pushing is potentially dangerous. Stop the scrum, and decide if anybody should be penalised. If not, reset.

Like Simon T I was surprised Marius allowed the scrum to continue.

We have had this discussion before.

There is no law that says you can't stand up in a scrum, although there is one that says you can't force an opposition player up!

Presumably though if a player pops up, you could have him for releasing his bind, although usually their arms are still bound when their heads does a meercat impression.

PS: my spell checker wants to change meercat to beermat

Doesn't this cover it?

20.2 FRONT-ROW PLAYERS’ POSITIONS
(a) All players in a position to shove. When a scrum has formed, the body and feet of each front row player must be in a normal position to make a forward shove.
Sanction: Free Kick

By standing up you are not in a position to shove.

Possibly, but that is a FK offence, which usually means it is an offence "before" the ball goes in?

What I meant was there is no law that actually says you can't stand up.
You would have thought there would be, from the amount of times it gets pinged.
