I thought you wanted a laws exam?
World Rugby have one on their site, you just have to register, and you get a certificate at the end.
Its actually better than the old rugbyrefs one as it has video questions.

What would be nice would be a database of questions that could be dipped into from time to time to "revise" your knowledge of the laws. No exams just a resourse for revision.
I guess the answer was no.
I am with Phil on this one (!) -- it seems to me World Rugby offers exactly what you are after : a database of questions that can be dipped into from time to time to revise your knowledge of the Laws.
(the weakness of it is that it's rather a small database, the strength is that they keep it up to date with Law changes)
what's missing for you?
