I've got the EA Active on X-Box!

Makes me sweat lots!

Comes with heart rate monitor, elastic tension thingy, and tracks progress.

Your Garmin 410 does all that, plus a quick excel spreadsheet and you have everything you need.

Big chest and back workout tonight, feeling pretty good about it. I decided not to train yesterday due to a 44 degree heat in my garage and I thought it would not be beneficial to try and work through that.

4 sets of the following workouts:
Eccentric pull ups (6 seconds down) x 6
Dumbbell flys 10kg x 12, 10kg x 12, 5kg x 12, 5kg x 12
Bench press 30kg x 21, 30kg x 19, 25kg x 25, 25kg x 23

Deadlift 70kg x 6, 75kg x 6, 80kg x 6, 85kg x 4
Kettlebell renegade row 20kg x 12, 20kg x 10, 20kg x 8, 20kg x 7
Bent over row 25kg x 25, 30kg x 25, 30kg x 25, 30kg x 25

Legs session tomorrow so will be interesting to see how I go, also doing a sprint session tomorrow night. Pre-season training with the association starts in a couple of weeks so will be interesting to see how that goes as well.

I actually tried to get part of my workouts in the heat in August in Houston (similar temperatures at 1-3 PM to Oz right now) so that I'd actually be prepared for hot weather matches. That being said, this was several months into the season!

5x5 box squats today loading up to 255 lbs on the last set, then 5 rounds of a 40m suicide, 15 DLs @ 135# with the FatBar, 40m sled push @135#, and then a 40m heavy atlas ball carry. 15 mins and now I cant walk down stairs. Boomtown.

Could be worse; it could be August. It was only 20C today.

Don't you have kids?

Tie them to your belt and tell them that cartoons are on the TV and if they can pull you to it they can watch them, then proceed to try and run away!

Nope, what gave you that idea? My mum keeps telling me that if/when I reproduce it will be in an insult to the human race.
