(I am not 100% sure the Gaelic Athletic Association has asked its members, but they have promised the use of some of their stadiums. Given that Ireland played England at their HQ previously I think it is taken as a given, the members will be in favour of the deal.)

I must admit on paper the French bid looks the better offer. In fact when you see the poor showing, in terms of organisation for the Paris Sevens next month, it makes me laugh at the French 2023 bid, promising World class food, etc... (Everything they don't provide currently to the Sevens crowds ; unless you have a corporate hospitality suite pass.)
