There errors people are seeing are probably only on threads they have replied to (maybe created), it's down to the auto save function (that automatically saves your message as you type), hence the reason I'm creating this as I can't reply to that thread any more, I get the error, and can't contribute any more.

Not sure who the mods / site owners are - but can someone give them a prod as the underlying database server is in need of some TLC else it could get worse, quite quickly - TIA

This is the post I'm referring to http://www.rugbyrefs.com/showthread.php?20694-this-site-errors

I have emailed Robbie to have a look at it.
I believe only he can fix it, the mods don't have that level of admin.

I like that. You only get to post once per thread, so make it count. :)

The number of threads blocked to me is slowly growing ..
Now, some might say that is a good thing , but I fear the whole message board might grind to halt before long

That is exactly what happened to me. I can read threads no problem, but with the two I've posted on, I can longer see them and just get an error message.

There is one thread which I cannot access because I posted on it 4 days ago. I was locked out straight away and still cannot access it. I can access all others despite having posted on those.
Perhaps there was a glitch which was then corrected but the glitch remains for those postings made at the time....no I am not a software engineer!:

It seems to be associated with the double posts .. eg on those threads where a double post was generated, I am locked

Any news on a fix

I'm blocked from the where are you this weekend thread, one I post in regularly. Thursday night 9.00pm and still don't know where I'm at. Our appointments guy is having a nightmare with ref shortages and rearranged games. Don't envy him
