In the squad for my varsity on Saturday. We leave for York at 8am tommorow. Can't sleep. Not used to this feeling of nervous excitement!

Anyone bored out of their mind and want to watch either me destroy some Rugby League players or 3 very high standard union games all being reffed by TO3s over the weekend - look at http://roseslive.co.uk

Got 2 undefeated teams in Premier grade tomorrow. The comp's best attack vs the comp's best defence. Should be fun.

If anyone cares - Lancaster Lynx won 28-14 against York. I played 30 minutes and I'm still feeling it.

@Yorkshire Society Referees - whoever did the Ladies 15s game had a very very good game - especially considering he had 30 boisterous rugby league players and the injured Ladies Union players on the sidelines.

Some imaginative chants about the White Rose were sung.

Given that Yorkies proclaim they are a superior race, then chanting at them has gotta be racist slurring surely....:sarc:

I am accompanying Mr Bisto and his Rugby Refugees to the Leofest.

Leofest = Leodiensians 7's tournament and Beer Festival.

Trouble is I will have to drive so half the reason for going gets shot down in flames before I start

Barring the odd 7s tournament I've finished so I will not be posting in this thread again unless it is to keep young Wombleref up to speed on the Wars of the Roses and other such nonsense.
