The Tasmanian Premier came out today to confirm that only 3 people are permitted to be coach/manager/support etc at once - there was a report of a club having 2x 10 participant groups and in the order of 20 "support staff" who were also running with the participants and looked a fair bit like last years reserve players!

Thats what I love about rugby, introduce a new law and someone will immediately look for a way round it. Seems the Tasmanian Premier moves a lot quicker than World Rugby, maybe we should get him to review the current law book.
