Weight Loss Championship (Results Recording Only)

On an earlier thread, The Fat from our Aussie Parish suggested that we start a little friendly competion to help each other reach our target weights.


The idea is that we post each Monday morning with our progress. There was talk of some rugby kit being involved but I am not sure how that will work, but I'm happy to award The Fat with some finest English kit if he manages to do well.

My Target is 92KG (which is my 'correct' BMI score) but feel that 95KG will be more realistic.

I'm game, I weighed myself this morning as was 101.3 kg.

Target is to be 90kg in 10 weeks.

OK.
The Fat's not as fat as he thought he was. Nice surprise on the scales this morning has me starting at 111.7kg. I think my scales are a little under a true reading but I'll only use that one set so I guess at the end it will all be relative.

Good idea by Toby to invite others to join in and use the weekly weigh in for motivation.
My pie man is not going to be happy though.

I am game, I will weigh myself when I get home although I think I will be around 93kg ish although I would like to get down to 84kgs.

I was 100.1 this week.

Down 1.2kg from last week. !.18% lost.
