St. Benedicts v Whitehaven Cumbria L7. Should be a nice quiet derby.
Still no northern rail Saturday trains so no beer for me.

This weekend Yorkshire 1 - L7

Off to Halifax again.

Old Rishworthian (Halifax) v Beverley

11th v 6th

Rish on a roll with 3 wins out of last 4 games having only won 2 before that. Rishworth School is former school of Ford Bros. and is nowhere near the club.

For any GRU agents reading this Beverley is a picturesque market town in East Yorkshire with a wonderful Gothic Church (Beverley Minster) which is (interestingly) bigger than a third of UK cathedrals. The current structure dates from the late 13th century and has a 7t bell.

This weekend back in Yorkshire 1 - Level 7

Heath (Halifax) v Old Brodleans (Halifax)

2nd v 6th and another trip to Halifax - one next week too!

This was hard work. Watched by about 450 people and the scrum was a challenge most of the game. One RC. Awaiting the MO's report with a degree of trepidation. Too many penalties not enough cards I'm guessing.

450 at level 7 - that is a good crowd. Would not be bad at level 3 or 4.
I suspect many will have played in previous additions of the fixture.

BBO Premier - Milton Keynes v Oxford.

5th in the table vs. 2nd (though MK have a game in hand over the rest of the league, or they might have been 3rd). Should be a belter of a game. And I'm being observed too!

Should be a good local derby. Very forward orientated, unless Reading have their Army contingent playing then be prepared for the ball being spun out wide. Very sociable club, but the showers get cold quickly.

Watch me at this game if you've nothing better to do.

Think you should have RC the cameraman. Nice big stand and he sets at ground level and hardly zooms when play is far side )

For me is East Mids 1

Oundle -v- Rugby Lions

3rd plays 11th in the League and Oundle won the first fixture 35-46.

As an aside, I'm really at a loss as to why Rugby Lions don't appear to have updated their website this season. I thought that it was an RFU 'must do'?

Millom v Workington Cumbria 2 L 8. Should be a good one weather permitting. I might be wearing my mitts, woolly hat and tights tomorrow

This week Yorkshire 2 - Level 8

Wath-upon-Dearne v Goole

3rd vs 1st

Should be a good game with the Goolies flying high with only one loss in thirteen and a +216 pts difference.

Doing this postponed game from 15th Dec 2018. Goole still top (with even bigger pts difference) and Wath now 4th.

Thought I might have a weekend off to enjoy all the 6N matches but no :(

Local L7 derby (both teams were relegated from East Mids 1 at the end of last year)

Huntingdon -v- Bugbrooke

That is, of course, we get playable conditions with the weather that is coming from the west!
